Error: Encoding When Saving & Strange Characters If you save your HTML pages and you are seeing some unusual and unwanted characters like '?' Or small boxes, box outlines and others symbols that you did not add, see support. Using Editing Software You are required to edit some template files (.js files) in Notepad or a plain text editor, however, once those files are edited you may want to edit the.htm web pages using HTML wysiwyg editing software. You can use the same 'drag and drop' editing technique outlined above with most HTML software.
